Job summary

Builders Alliance Pte Ltd is seeking a Site Supervisor in Singapore to manage and supervise daily construction site operations. You will coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of site experience, with advantage for steel works, and must be able to read drawings and communicate in Mandarin. Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills are essential for independent site management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction site experience.
• Experience in building construction and/or structural steel works is an advantage.
• Able to speak and communicate in Chinese/Mandarin.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to manage workers, subcontractors and daily site activities independently.
• Relevant construction qualifications are an advantage but not mandatory.

About the role

• Ensure works are carried out according to project schedules, drawings and specifications

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health requirements
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress
• Maintain site records, reports and relevant documentation

About you
