Job summary

WEIDA ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive site supervisor to assist the project engineer with daily on-site operations.

The role involves supervising sub-contractors, ensuring quality of materials and workmanship to meet schedules, and leading a team of inspectors to manage incoming, in-process and finished goods. You will assist coordinating structural and architectural works on site, monitor coordination with subcontractors and suppliers, uphold safety and safe work procedures, and

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in Chinese (speaking and writing).
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Able to start work on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Assist project engineer carry out supervisory roles on the day to day operation on the site.
• Supervise the sub-contractors work progress on site according to the work schedule.
• Checking on the quality of material to ensuring of workmanship to achieve the target of schedules.
• Lead a team of inspectors and to handle incoming, in-process and finished goods issues in a timely and orderly manner.
• Assist project engineer coordinate and oversee all the structural / architectural works on site.
• Assist engineer monitor and coordinate the works with subcontractors and handling suppliers and sub-contractors problem on site.
• Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk.
• In-change and supervise a team of the migrant worker daily operation work.
• Carry out in-process checks with the quality standards and good practices
