• Coordinate sub-contractors and resources, including workers and machinery on site.
• Ensure delivered construction materials meet specified requirements.
• Oversee daily site operations and direct day-to-day activities of sub-contractors.
• Prepare daily site reports, take site progress pictures, and verify site measurements.
• Minimise material and manpower wastage.
• Handle labour and supplier disputes.
• Check daily attendance of workers for lateness/absence/claims.
• Attend site meetings with site agent and sub-contractors.
