Job summary

FU XIANG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites an experienced project coordinator to support the Project Manager in planning, managing and ensuring on-time, quality delivery of construction projects from inception to completion on site.

You will coordinate with clients, sub-contractors and workers, report progress and quality, and ensure that all safety procedures are followed. Mandarin communication is essential for site workers and foreign sub-contractors.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant working experience in building construction industry.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate safety procedures to Mandarin-speaking site workers and foreign sub-contractors.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, analytical, meticulous, organized and possess positive working attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager to plan, manage and monitor projects from inception to completion on time and quality.
• Coordinate with clients, sub-contractors and workers on all project aspects to ensure smooth progress.
• Report project progress and quality to stakeholders.
• Ensure safety compliances and processes are adhered to by all workers.

• Responsible for assisting Project Manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality
• To coordinate with clients, sub-contractors and workers on all project aspects to ensure smooth and complete on time
• To report the progress and quality of the overall project
• Ensure that all Safety compliances and processes are adhered to by all workers

Job Requirements:
