Job summary

FU XIANG ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Site Supervisor to assist the Project Manager in planning, managing and ensuring our projects are implemented from inception to completion on time and to the required quality.

You will coordinate with clients, sub-contractors and workers, report on progress and quality, and ensure safety compliance across all sites. The role requires strong communication, independence, and meticulous organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in building construction.
• Proficiency in Mandarin or English for liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, analytical, meticulous and organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager to plan, manage and ensure timely project execution.
• Coordinate with clients, sub-contractors and workers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Report progress and quality of the overall project.
• Ensure safety compliances and processes are adhered to by all workers.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting Project Manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality
• To coordinate with clients, sub-contractors and workers on all project aspects to ensure smooth and complete on time
• To report the progress and quality of the overall project
• Ensure that all Safety compliances and processes are adhered to by all workers

Job Requirements:

• At least 6 years of relevant working experience in building construction industry.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (or English) is an advantage to liaise and correspond with Mandarin-speaking suppliers, clients, and sub-contractors.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent, analytical, meticulous, organized and possess positive working attitude
