Job summary

WEHO CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at multiple project sites in Singapore. You will lead workers, coordinate with subcontractors and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, ability to travel between project sites, and proactive communication with the Project Manager and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant supervisory experience in construction or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure works are carried out safely and efficiently according to project requirements.
• Lead and supervise construction workers, including allocating daily tasks and monitoring work progress.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, workers and other site personnel to ensure smooth site operations.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager on work status, milestones, site issues and potential delays.
• Ensure works are completed according to the required quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate and participate in site inspections with clients, engineers, safety personnel and other relevant stakeholders.
• Arrange and provide transportation for workers between worksites and workers' accommodation/dormitories when required.
• Assist with the mobilisation of workers, tools, materials and equipment between project sites.
• Ensure workers comply with site safety requirements and Company procedures.
• Perform other site-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Management.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
• Good knowledge of construction site operations and work coordination.
• Able to supervise and manage construction workers effectively.
• Able to communicate and coordinate with workers, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Responsible, hands‑on and able to work independently in a site environment.
• Willing to travel between different project sites when required.
