Job summary

ASIAWORLD CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead subcontractors on major building projects in Singapore. You will ensure schedules are met, coordinate with peers, and uphold quality and safety on site.

The ideal candidate has a minimum 4 years of relevant experience with subcontractors, a Diploma in Architecture or equivalent, and proven ability to meet deadlines while solving problems and negotiating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with subcontractors in building construction.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and subcontractors.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills applied in project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely completion of project schedules
• Motivate and control workforce to perform tasks effectively

• Verify subcontractors execute work accurately according to approved shop drawings, technical submissions, and checklists
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues with main contractors or consultants
• Implement and monitor safety and environmental procedures on site
• Manage cost and quality to minimize wastage and rework
• Assist in preparing drawings, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
