Job summary

Teambuild Construction Group is seeking an experienced professional to lead site activities and coordinate subcontractors on a Singapore-based construction project. You will oversee task execution, ensure collaboration among teams, and drive timely completion while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires a Diploma in Architecture or equivalent and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely completion of project schedules.

• Verify subcontractors execute work according to approved shop drawings, submissions, and checklists.
• Attend site meetings and resolve issues with main contractors or consultants.

• Manage cost and quality to minimize wastage and rework.
• Assist in preparing working drawings, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.

Preferred competencies and qualifications
