Job summary

HB CONSTRUCTION PRO PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Architectural Lead to guide project design teams and ensure designs meet standards while supporting site operations.

You will coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve design issues and ensure accurate implementation of drawings. The role requires a Degree in Architecture, at least 8 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with local submission processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of design coordinators and architects to manage architectural project aspects, ensuring adherence to specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Oversee planning, organization, and supervision of construction drawing production, including shop drawing submissions for approval.
• Act as the primary architectural liaison between consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of design drawings and details.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, codes of practice, and company protocols throughout project execution.
• Provide technical support to the site team by resolving design discrepancies and coordinating structural, M&E, and interior works.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and materials meet design requirements.
• Assist senior management in preparing reports, managing documentation, and representing the team in coordination meetings.
