Job summary

QING FENG CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a proactive Architect with 3+ years of experience to join our project team. You will review and cross-check architectural drawings against construction drawings, liaise with subcontractors, and assist the Project Manager with technical and drawing issues to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience with a main construction firm.
• Strong ability in interpretation of construction drawings.
• Meticulous and highly motivated, good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Cross checking architectural drawings vs construction drawings for discrepancies.
• Liaise with subcontractors on works per design specifications and regulations.
• Attend progress meetings to assist Project Manager with technical and drawing issues.
