Job summary

HONG MING DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a site supervisor responsible for on-site planning, supervision, and ensuring work complies with drawings and specifications.

You will liaise with contractors, supervisors, and workers, organize daily site activity, monitor safety and quality, prepare variances and reports, and help meet deadlines. Mandarin-English bilingual ability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Construction or related field.
• At least 1 year of related experience in Building Construction.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin for communication with Mandarin speakers.
• Willingness to learn and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed match specifications.
• Liaising with contractors, supervisors, quantity surveyors and the general workforce.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force.
• Planning the work and organizing plant and site facilities to meet deadlines.
• Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site.
• Preparing VO and other reports as required.
• Other related duties, as assigned.
