Job summary

VESTARK PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee construction, interior renovation and fitting-out projects in Singapore.

You will supervise day-to-day site activities, coordinate with project managers, designers, subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure works align with drawings, schedules and quality standards. The role requires at least 1 year of relevant site supervision experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple trades.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant site supervision experience in the construction industry.
• Willing to work a 6-day work week and attend to urgent site matters outside normal working hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities for construction, interior renovation and fitting-out projects to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress and ensure all works are completed according to project schedules, approved drawings, specifications and design requirements.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Designers, subcontractors, suppliers and site workers on construction and fitting-out activities.
• Coordinate various trades including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, ceiling, flooring, painting, partition, glass and other construction or fitting-out works.
• Ensure proper sequencing of works and effective deployment of manpower, materials and equipment to minimize delays and rework.
• Ensure materials, finishes, fixtures and fittings delivered to site comply with approved specifications and project requirements.
• Assist in implementing quality control measures and ensure construction works meet the required standards.
• Report project progress, delays, technical issues and site constraints to the Project Manager.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by management
• Attend site meetings, inspections and coordination meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other relevant parties when required.
