Job summary

BUTLER CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Site Supervisor to support on-site operations at our Singapore project sites.

You will assist the Site Supervisor, monitor progress, coordinate with the main contractor, and help prepare job descriptions and work schedules. Ideal candidates will have good interpersonal and analytical skills, basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, and the ability to communicate in English (Mandarin preferred for site coordination with

Responsibilities

• Carry out responsibilities of an Assistant Site Supervisor on a construction site.
• Resolve site challenges proactively in a timely manner.
• Assist and support the Site Supervisor in monitoring progress.
• Preparing job descriptions and work schedules.
• Liaising with the main contractor for coordination work.
• Carry out risk assessment and communicate Risk Assessments to concerned parties.

Job Responsibilities

• To carry out all responsibilities of an Assistant Site Supervisor on a construction site
• Resolve site challenges proactively in a timely manner
• Assist and support the Site Supervisor in handling and monitoring the progress of the project
• Preparing job descriptions and work schedules
• Liaising with the main contractor for coordination work
• Carry out risk assessment and other risk management activities: Make recommendations on risk control measures and Communicate Risk Assessments (RA) to concerned parties

Experience Requirements

• Prefer English & Mandarin speakers for better communication with sub con workers and suppliers
• Positive working attitude
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
