Job summary

TX CONTRACTOR PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site Project Coordinator/Supervisor to plan, manage, and monitor construction projects from inception to completion to ensure timely delivery and quality.

The role requires strong communication, safety oversight, and the ability to resolve site issues. Weekend or public holiday work may be required depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum certificate requirement in Safety Supervisor.
• Strong technical knowledge to solve site issues.
• Check daily attendance for lateness/absences/claims.
• Ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking contractors.
• Strong communication skills essential.
• Prepared to work in dusty environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project work on site from start to finish.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, clarifications, and drawings.
• Oversee site safety and control of materials and equipment.
• Ensure delivered materials meet requirements.
• Prepare daily site reports and measurements.
• Minimise material and manpower wastage.
• Handle labour and supplier disputes.
• Lead daily toolbox meetings.
• Rectify and supervise on-site work as needed.
• Irregular weekend/public holiday coverage as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

• Responsible for Project coordinator, manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality
• Ensure performance complies with specifications, technical clarifications, and drawings.
• Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials and machinery on site
• To ensure delivered construction materials are of specified requirements
• Prepare daily site reports, take site progress, check and take site measurements
• Minimise material and manpower wastage
• Handle labour and supplier disputes
• Conduct daily toolbox meeting
• Able to rectify and supervise works done on site
• Able to work on weekend/public holiday.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Certificate requirement in Safety Supervisor
• Strong technical knowledge and capability to solve technical and site issues
• Check daily attendance of workers for late arrival, absence, false claim, etc
• Able to communicate with Mandarin speaking contractors
• Strong communication skills
• Willing to work at dusty environment
