Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Project Supervisor to support the Project Coordinator in planning, managing and delivering projects from inception to completion on time and to the required quality. You will assist with site operations, supervise workers and contractors, and ensure safe, well-organized on-site administration.

Candidates should have at least 3 years in construction, possess the Building Construction Supervisor safety certificate and a Work at Height

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of working experience in construction, project site work.
• Possess Certificate in building construction supervisor’s safety.
• Possess work at height supervisor cert.
• SMO cert and Class 3 Driving licence will be an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior experience as a Construction worker/Foreman or supervisor.
• Sound knowledge of construction safety regulations.
• Working knowledge of construction tools, machinery and equipment.
• Able to use Excel and simple apps for tracking & updating purposes.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Coordinator to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation of projects from inception to completion.
• Assist to manage and monitor site operation, workers and contractors.
• Ensure effective site administration including site safety and control of materials and machinery.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings.
• Supervise cable/pipe/electrical works on site and coordinate with team.
• Handle general site duties as assigned.

• Have knowledge incable/pipe/electrical worksand able to correct,impart and supervise works done on site.
