Job summary

DIANKAI ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Project Coordinator/Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. You will monitor site operations, manage workers and contractors, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery on site.

The role requires 18+ years in construction, relevant safety certificates, and strong teamwork. You will conduct toolbox meetings and assist with general site tasks as needed, contributing to smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• 18+ years in construction industry or site work.
• Certificate in Building Construction Supervisor Safety.
• Work at Height Supervisor Certificate.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience as Foreman or Site Supervisor.
• Sound knowledge of construction safety regulations.
• Knowledge of construction tools, machinery and equipment.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to track multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects from inception to completion on time and with desired quality.
• Assist to monitor site operation, workers and contractors.
• Ensure effective site administration including site safety and control of materials and machinery on site.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings.
• Rectify and supervise works on site as required.

Requirements

• Responsible for Project coordinator, manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality
• Responsible for assisting to manage and monitor site operation, workers and contractors
• Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials and machinery on site
• Conduct daily toolbox meeting
• Have knowledge in electircal or carpentry works
• Able to rectify and supervise works done on site
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Min 18 years of working experience in construction industry / project site work
• Possess Certificate in Building Construction Supervisor Safety
• Possess work at Height Supervisor Certificate
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior experience working as Foreman or Site Supervisor
• Sound knowledge of construction safety regulations
• Working knowledge of construction tools, machinery and equipment
• Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
• Can work well in a team
• Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others
• Can multitask, must help to do general work if required
• Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure
