Job summary

XINTAIFA HOLDING GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities on site.

You will coordinate manpower, materials, and subcontractors to ensure a smooth workflow and timely progress. You will ensure compliance with safety regulations and drawings, conduct site inspections, report to the Project Manager, and support the safety team to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in construction site supervision.
• Able to read basic construction drawings.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Knowledge of WSH (Workplace Safety & Health) rules in Singapore is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and handle site challenges.
