SHENG SIN CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site construction assistant to support the Project Manager in day-to-day site operations.

The role requires familiarity with structural or architectural works and external works, plus ability to develop work schedules, supervise workers, and liaise between crews and supervisors, reporting progress to managers and engineers.

Responsabilités

• To assist the Project Manager in managing a construction site in its day to day operations.
• Familiar with structural or architectural works or wet work (plastering, brickworks)
• Familiar with external works, etc.
• Develop a work schedule for workers
• Supervise all construction workers
• Solve disputes between workers
• To carry out inspection of workers' personal protection equipment and safety gear in order to adhere to the company's safety policies.
• Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors
• Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.
