Job summary

yin cheng construction pte. ltd. is seeking an on-site assistant to support the Project Manager in day-to-day operations on a construction site in Singapore. The role requires familiarity with structural work and the ability to develop and manage a work schedule for workers.

You will supervise all construction workers, help resolve disputes, inspect PPE and safety gear for policy compliance, and act as liaison between workers and supervisors, reporting progress to managers and stakeholders.
