Job summary

YL INTEGRATED PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervision professional in Singapore to assist the Site Manager and oversee day-to-day site activities. You will supervise workers, ensure works are completed on schedule with quality, and coordinate across departments to prevent abortive work.

The role requires strong coordination with clients and contractors, and the ability to monitor subcontractor performance and progress to meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Manager or Superior.
• Carry out supervisory roles in day-to-day site activities including taking care of workers.
• Ensure all works are carried out within schedule and maintains the required quality.
• Coordinate between colleagues from different departments to ensure smooth transition of works and eliminate abortive works through regular discussions.
• Supervise subcontract works and ensure subcontractor’s progress in accordance to schedule.
• Prepare work areas and ensure adequate materials for execution.
• Coordinate with client’s supervisory staff on a day-to-day basis, inspections, etc.
• Liaise with Main-con and other contractors to ensure smooth operation.
• Monitor performance of subcontractors, evaluate progress and manpower to ensure adequacy and adherence to schedule.

• Monitor performance of subcontractors, evaluate the progress and manpower to ensure adequacy and adhering to schedule.
