Job summary

YL CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Site Supervisor to assist the project engineer and oversee day-to-day operations on the site. You will supervise sub-contractors and ensure work progresses according to the schedule.

Responsibilities include checking material quality, leading inspectors, coordinating structural/architectural works, and maintaining safety on site. You will also coordinate with engineers and suppliers to resolve on-site issues.

• Assist project engineer with day-to-day site supervision.

• Check material quality to ensure workmanship meets targets.

Job description

• Assist project engineer carry out supervisory roles on the day to day operation on the site
• Supervise the sub-contractors work progress on site according to the work schedule
• Checking on the quality of material to ensuring of workmanship to achieve the target of schedules.
• Lead a team of inspectors and to handle incoming, in-process and finished goods issues in a timely and orderly manner.
• Assist project engineer coordinate and oversee all the structural / architectural works on site
• Assist engineer monitor and coordinate the works with subcontractors and handling suppliers and sub-contractors problem on site
• Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk
• In-change and supervise a team of the migrant worker daily operation work
• Carry out in-process checks with the quality standards and good practices
