Job summary

INNOCORE ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks a site supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at our project sites, ensuring work aligns with plans, schedules and quality standards.

The role requires coordinating subcontractors, workers, and suppliers while maintaining rigorous safety practices and accurate progress reporting to Project Managers and engineers.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising daily construction site activities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Strong coordination with subcontractors, workers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction site activities per plans and specs.
• Coordinate subcontractors, workers, suppliers and site activities.
• Ensure works meet schedule and quality standards.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, plans and specs.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment and site resources.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
• Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
• Report delays, defects or site issues to the Project Manager.
• Maintain housekeeping and a safe working environment on site.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with relevant parties.
• Assist in managing project costs, materials and variation works where necessary.
