an fu private limited in Singapore seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations, supervise construction workers, and ensure work aligns with the project plan.

The role involves inspecting work, resolving rectifications, assisting engineers, and coordinating with project managers to keep schedules and safety rules. You will monitor quality and communicate with stakeholders, performing ad hoc duties as required.

Qualifications

• Carry out day-to-day site operations and supervise construction workers.
• Carry out inspection as well as resolving and monitoring rectification works.
• Assist and support Engineers in carrying out works as assigned.
• Supervise the construction of works and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the Project Plan.
• Assist the Engineers in ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations.
• Ensure company's safety rules are observed and obeyed.
• Cooperating and communicating effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support; Performing overall quality control of the work (schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and reporting regularly on project status.
