Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) seeks a Site Superintendent (Architectural) to assist the Senior Project Manager in coordinating with subcontractors and workers on site architectural and fit-out works, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.

You will review drawings, manage inspections per the ITP for architectural works, and coordinate with consultants on architectural issues, contributing to project progress and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3 - 5 years of Building and/or civil engineering experience.
• Familiar with relevant drawings, specifications and details.
• Completed at least 1 building project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with contract requirements.
• Ensure all inspection activities are carried out in accordance with the inspection & test plan for architectural works.
• Review construction program and method statements related to Architectural Trades.
• Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hours returns and coordinate in all aspects of site issues.
• Check drawings for discrepancies and raise RFI's as necessary.
• Liaise with Archi Coordinators/Consultants on all architectural related issues.

Site Superintendent (Architectural)
