Job summary

KREATIVE BUILDER PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor in Singapore to coordinate and oversee architectural works on site. You will ensure drawings, specifications and method statements are followed, while maintaining daily coordination schedules and safety standards.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, ability to read drawings, teamwork and a proactive, diligent mindset. Independent workers with safety training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Able to work in a team and cope in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.
• Possess Safety Compliance Training and Certifications.
• Able to read Drawings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise architectural works and ensure works are carried out are in accordance to drawings, specifications, shop drawings and method statements.
• To ensure site works are carried out according to daily/ weekly site coordination schedule.
• To do proper check to ensure enough materials are available for works.
• Control and minimize materials wastages.
• Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment and daily housekeeping is carried out.
• Receiving materials from suppliers.
• To coordinate handing over inspections.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor/ Management.
