Job summary

WEAVE LIVING SG PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced and energetic team player to oversee day-to-day operations for our property team in Singapore.

The role reports to the Assistant Operations Manager and involves managing daily operations for assigned properties. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, supervising security and general management, using the Property Management System, and ensuring a high standard of city living.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in properties or facilities & maintenance management.
• Diploma holder or above in Facilities Management / Properties Management / Hospitality / Building Services related subject.
• Good command of spoken and written English; other languages a plus.
• Customer service-oriented and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Positive, a team player with good communication skills.
• Hotel/serviced apartment experience is an advantage.
• Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and English Word Processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations at assigned properties as site-in-charge.
• Coordinate with outsourced vendors for daily facilities service and maintenance.
• Assist in supervising security and general management tasks.
• Record properties and facilities matters using the Property Management System.
• Keep stock records and arrange orders as needed.
• Lead a team of technicians.
• Coordinate with community and housekeeping teams to ensure hassle-free city living.
• Handle emergency incidents at assigned properties.
