Job summary

Weave Living is hiring energetic individuals to join our Community Team at properties in Singapore. This role focuses on delivering warm resident experiences, curating on-property events, and supporting social media activities to build a vibrant community.

Selected candidates will be trained to provide excellent customer service, coordinate with Operations and Marketing, and assist with leasing support as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional working experience with extensive time in a customer-facing setting
• Background in boutique hotel, serviced accommodation, or co-working environments
• Experience in coordinating events
• Flexibility in schedule - shift-based between 8am-5pm and 11am-8pm

Responsibilities

• Delivering and facilitating outstanding service to residents, representing the Weave brand in all aspects
• Creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residential community
• Coordinating and executing community initiatives and events with the Operations team
• Be the go-to person for residents and coordinate with on-property operations to resolve issues
• Reporting on resident suggestions with ideas to enhance living experience
• Conducting property viewings to support leasing strategy when needed
• Executing social media marketing strategies at the property level with Marketing
