Job summary

IVAKAA ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a site-focused role to manage on-site technical and commercial matters and align activities with the master program.

You will lead site coordination and execution across the construction project, plan micro-scheduling with trades, and monitor M&E progress using scheduling tools. This role supports tendering through technical data sheets and BQ/AutoCAD tasks.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in preparing of BQ (M&E) AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project materials requirement on weekly basis.
• Prepare site progress report and update manpower report.
• Assist project manager in all on site technical / commercial matters.
• Lead in Site Coordination and execution relating to the construction project.
• Planning of micro scheduling with other trades/disciplines against Master program.
• Update M&E progress with scheduling tools.
• Supervise and monitor projects carried out in accordance with the company's procedures, quality standards & contractual specifications.
• Ensure supervisors & foremen meet clients' regulatory work requirements.
• Report to director on weekly basis and update site progress against planned.
• Monitor and control logistics and site transport.
• Prepare the technical data sheet and SOR for tender department.
• Knowledge in preparing of BQ (M&E) AutoCAD.
