Job summary

A-MAO DECORATION ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Site Manager to oversee daily construction activities at our site in Singapore.

You will monitor progress, supervise site engineers, foremen and labor crews to ensure work proceeds according to drawings, specs, and schedules. You will also lead schedule and progress control, develop detailed timelines, identify delays and prepare rectification plans to deliver on time, while enforcing HSE policies and ensuring compliance with local

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities, monitor work progress, supervise site engineers, foremen, and labor teams to ensure construction proceeds per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.
• Develop detailed construction schedules, track milestone completion, identify delays, formulate rectification plans, and ensure on-time project delivery. Submit regular progress reports to senior management.
• Conduct on-site quality inspections for civil, structural, MEP, and finishing works. Ensure full compliance with building codes, industry standards, and client requirements. Rectify defective construction works in a timely manner.
• Enforce site HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies, conduct regular safety briefings and inspections, eliminate potential hazards, and ensure zero major safety incidents. Ensure full compliance with local construction regulatory requirements.
