• Plan, manage, and oversee daily site operations to ensureworks are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with projectrequirements.
• Coordinate and supervise site activities, subcontractors,suppliers, and workers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Work closely with the consultants,subcontractors, and other relevant parties to resolve site and technicalissues.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor workmanshipand quality of completed works.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and siteresources to meet project requirements and timelines.
• Attend site meetings, coordination meetings, and progress meetings as required.
• Maintain proper site documentation, including daily sitereports, progress records, inspection records, and other relevant documents.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities and agencies forsite-related matters as required.
• Ensure good housekeeping, proper site organization, andcompliance with workplace safety requirements.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned in support ofproject requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with relevantconstruction/project management software.
