UNITED M&E PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Construction Site Coordinator to oversee daily on-site activities for M&E projects, coordinating scheduling, subcontractors, manpower, and quality control to meet project requirements.

You will review M&E design drawings and specifications, collaborate with the Construction Project Manager on progress and potential delays, and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth execution.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily site construction activities including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, manpower deployment, and quality control.
• Review M&E design drawings, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with the Construction Project Manager on project progress, site issues, technical matters, and potential delays.
• Resolve technical and site coordination issues to ensure smooth execution of construction works.
• Lead and conduct site meetings to address work progress, design coordination, technical issues, and construction requirements.
• Review contractors' technical submissions, shop drawings, and material submissions to ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants, owners, suppliers, and other trades on project planning, design coordination, tender matters, and site execution.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of Variation Orders (VOs), including supporting documentation and follow-up.
• Prepare and follow up on submissions to relevant local authorities, including electrical substation submissions where applicable.
• Ensure proper preparation, accuracy, and maintenance of project documentation, design submissions, inspection records, and site reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure that all works meet the required standards and approved specifications.
