Job summary

LEE Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a Site Engineer to assist the project manager in all on-site activities. You will coordinate with the main-contractor and consultants, plan and monitor project implementation to meet agreed time and quality targets.

Responsibilities include site safety, materials control, schedule tracking, progress reporting, and ensuring compliance with drawings, contract specs, and regulatory requirements. Prior experience in waterproofing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building / Civil Engineering
• 4-5 years experience in the construction industry
• Preferably with experience in waterproofing system
• Knowledge of risk management and safe construction
• Good understanding of construction drawings, sequencing of works and safe methodologies
• Familiar with RA, SWP, PTW, incident reports, near-miss reports, safety inspection reports, and corrective action closure

• Monitoring of project activities including work progress and quality, performance of manpower requirement and to ensure that proper recording and or documentation of site works are carried out properly
• Work with QS for progress claim
• Prepare progress reports and to attend all meetings or briefing required by the senior management
