Job summary

A leading technology service provider in Singapore seeks a hands-on Site IT Support Engineer for 12-month renewable agency contract. You will provide deskside support for VIPs, troubleshoot devices, manage SCCM, and ensure compliance with IT security policies. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years’ experience in enterprise IT environments and strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Site IT Support Engineer with experience in VIP/end-user support, SCCM management, and enterprise IT service delivery. You will provide deskside, meeting room, and infrastructure support to ensure smooth IT operations for a global semiconductor equipment manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide VIP deskside support for senior executives, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals (Windows & macOS).
  • Perform device imaging, deployment, and lifecycle management.
  • Support meeting room AV/VC equipment, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and conferencing systems.
  • Manage printers and MFP devices, including UniFLOW troubleshooting.
  • Handle user account management in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) – password reset, MFA, group assignments.
  • Administer SCCM for software deployment, patch management, and inventory tracking.
  • Manage DHCP IP reservations, network connectivity issues, and basic LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
  • Maintain IT asset records, documentation, and SOPs.
  • Coordinate with regional/global IT teams for escalations and project rollouts.
  • Adhere to IT security policies, ensuring compliance in all support activities.
  • Manage customer expectations, including handling difficult or urgent situations professionally.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Infocomm Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of IT support experience in an enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on experience with SCCM, Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, macOS, and printer management .
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Familiarity with UniFLOW, BitLocker recovery, and device enrollment processes.
  • Experience providing VIP or senior management IT support is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, SLA management, and KPI tracking is an advantage
