Job summary

Sodexo Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day facilities and services at a high-profile Singapore headquarters. You will manage client relationships, ensure cost, quality and compliance targets, and lead site-level operations across multiple service lines.

You will drive service quality, identify opportunities for innovation, and deliver profitable services while supporting the contract's financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with FM leadership responsibilities.
• Experience delivering soft and hard services for corporate facilities.
• Experience in a Corporate/Building FM environment.
• Engineering exposure is preferred.
• Strong communication across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient computer literacy and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a site operations team and supervise day-to-day operations across sites.
• Guide and support service category teams delivering site services.
• Track and monitor site performance metrics and indicators.
• Deploy compliance processes and identify operational risks.
• Maintain ethics and compliance for Sodexo and Client.
• Be responsible for services, infrastructure and project delivery.
• Develop relationships with Client senior management for cost savings and SLAs.
• Participate in contract governance forums.
• Ensure uninterrupted delivery of facility operations using internal and contract resources.
• Manage site budgets, including core and discrete budgets, while maintaining P&L.
