Job summary

LONG XIANG MACHINERY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Coordinator to interpret project drawings, align site activities with the master schedule, and coordinate with the Site Project Manager. You will conduct toolbox talks, prepare PTW submissions, and oversee daily works to ensure safety and compliance.

The role requires 1 year of site coordinating experience, strong communication and planning skills, and the ability to work on site with variable hours and a 5.5 days work week.

Qualifications

• On-site work capability.
• Strong communication and planning skills.
• Experience in civil excavation/demolition is advantageous.
• Around 1 year of site coordinating experience preferred.
• Working hours may vary; 5.5 days work week.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret and coordinate project drawing and design requirement
• Prepare and submit Method statement, Risk Assessments and Safe Work Procedure for Site Activities
• Prepare and monitor project schedules to align with the Project Master Schedule
• Coordinate with Site Project Manager
• Conduct daily Toolbox meeting for workers and and submit Permit-To-Work (PTW) for work commencement
• Oversee daily works
