Job summary

WAN LI CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks a capable Site Coordination professional to assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and monitoring daily construction activities to ensure smooth project execution.

The role involves supervising site works, coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and site teams to resolve issues, plan materials and manpower, and monitor progress to meet schedules while maintaining safety and quality standards on Singapore projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry preferred.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Good understanding of construction methods, site coordination and project scheduling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to communicate effectively with site personnel, subcontractors and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and monitoring daily construction activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and site teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Plan and arrange construction materials, equipment and manpower according to site requirements.
• Monitor work progress, identify potential delays and follow up on corrective actions.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality, safety compliance and proper site coordination.
• Prepare progress reports, maintain site records and attend project coordination meetings.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned by management.
