Job summary

PERMANENT PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD seeks a Project Coordinator (ID) / Project Executive (ID) to assist the Project Manager in coordinating construction activities and ensuring project milestones are met on site in Singapore.

You will participate in external and internal meetings, prepare shop drawings with the Drafting Department, manage risk assessments, enforce safety induction, and ensure proper documentation and QA/QC follow-up throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in building construction
• Possess the relevant safety certifications like SCWSH / BCSS
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Construction or related courses

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in coordinating project management activities and ensure smooth execution.
• Attend external meetings with consultants and internal project meetings.
• Assist with shop drawings submissions with Drafting Department.
• Assist in risk assessment and risk management activities.
• Ensure safety induction and issue permits before work begins.
• Ensure adherence to safe work procedures.
• Resolve site problems and seek guidance from the Project Manager.
• Assist in preparing project progress and other reports.
• Follow up on QA/QC matters.
• Coordinate daily activities of workers to ensure proper performance.
• Perform daily progress, housekeeping, and safety checks with safety personnel.
• Order materials for projects.
• Ensure proper project documentation including emails.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Education

Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Construction or related courses
