Job summary

Wan Li Construction & Engineering is seeking a site-focused professional to assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and monitoring daily construction activities on site in Singapore. You will supervise site works to ensure adherence to drawings, specifications and schedules, and coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and site teams to resolve issues.

The role requires reading and interpreting construction drawings, knowledge of construction methods and scheduling,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry preferred.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Good understanding of construction methods, site coordination and project scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and monitoring daily construction activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and site teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Plan and arrange construction materials, equipment and manpower according to site requirements.
• Monitor work progress, identify potential delays and follow up on corrective actions.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality, safety compliance and proper site coordination.
• Prepare progress reports, maintain site records and attend project coordination meetings.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned by management.
