LONGXIANG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for a Site Manager to oversee construction projects from initiation through completion. You will ensure on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and compliance with plans and safety standards.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and engineers, and proactively managing risks to keep projects on track and within scope.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of site management experience on large-scale projects.
• Proven ability to lead site teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsabilidades

• Develop detailed construction plans and schedules.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Estimate timeframes, resources and budget.
• Supervise on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, engineers and architects.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specs and safety standards.
• Address defects or deviations promptly.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Manage weather or material shortages impacts.
