Job summary

TAIHAN ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable site coordinator to support project planning, surveys and execution in Singapore.

You will propose routing for construction works, prepare permit submissions, and liaise with authorities, clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth progress. You will assist the Project Manager with daily operations, coordinate manpower and equipment, monitor schedules, and maintain accurate site records.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and coordination skills are required.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and assist in project planning; propose routing for construction works.
• Prepare, coordinate and submit project-related documents to authorities.
• Liaise with authorities, clients, consultants, subcontractors on project matters.
• Assist Project Manager in daily site operations and coordinating manpower.
• Monitor progress and ensure works meet schedules and requirements.
• Coordinate site inspections, meetings and follow up on matters.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, site records.
• Arrange materials, equipment and manpower for site operations.
• Ensure site activities comply with safety regulations and company requirements.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
