LONGXIANG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring installation work and activities follow project plans, specifications and quality standards.

You will manage site personnel, coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, and participate in toolbox talks to maintain site safety and project progress. The role requires 3+ years of site experience and a solid understanding of safety requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum GCE N/ O Level.
3 years of construction site experience in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Assist site manager in supervising daily site activities to ensure efficient work and adherence to project plans.
Ensure installation work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and industry standards.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors involved in the installation process.
Verify that materials and equipment are installed correctly and meet quality and safety requirements.
Oversee daily site operations to ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule.
Coordinate and schedule activities to align with project timelines and milestones.
Address any issues or delays promptly to minimize impact on the project schedule.
