is seeking a site engineer to assist with drawing and planning, working closely with clients, architects and other professionals on construction projects on-site in Singapore. You will monitor installation works, assess loads and stresses, inspect buildings for safety, coordinate between project participants, report progress to clients and senior managers, and help resolve site technical issues while ensuring compliance with legal guidelines and health and safety

Responsibilities

• Carry out drawing and working closely on construction plans with clients, architects and other professionals
• Monitoring installation works on site
• Working out the loads and stresses on different parts of a structure
• Inspecting unsafe buildings and recommending options for repairs or demolition
• Effective communication and co-ordination between project participants
• Making sure that projects meet legal guidelines, environmental directives, and health and safety requirements
• Giving progress reports to clients and senior managers
• Resolving site technical issues
• Performance of other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superior
