Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager with on and off site meeting pertaining to the technical issues
• Overall in charge of site coordination.
• Lead a team of operation staff in daily operations.
• Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meetings during course of construction of project
• Proven problem solving and achievements work progress according to the work schedule
• Liaise with local authorities, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulations and standards.
• Check for quality of work according to specification and requirement;
• Monitor and control material wastage.
• Ensure timely completion and good quality of works & carried out safely and WSHE regulations are complied with.
• Site supervision and able to coordinate well with sub-contractors, RE and RTO

Job Requirements

• Candidate must at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Min 3 year relevant experience in the related field for this position
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
• Be able to work independently with minimum guidance
• Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance andprogress with the company.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software to streamline project processes
