Job summary

PAN SING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assist Project Manager to oversee daily on-site construction activities, ensuring progress and quality targets are met.

You will support coordination with main contractor and subcontractors, manage installation sequences, and help prepare micro-schedules for façade elements according to drawings. You will monitor site safety, maintain records, and assist in timely submissions of materials samples and mock-ups for approval.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in Alum and Glazing Design site engineer works.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Team player with positive attitude; eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager to oversee daily on-site construction activities to meet progress and quality goals.
• Convey proper instructions to subcontractors to ensure installation works follow approved drawings.
• Manage construction difficulties, safety risk and other technical issues on site.
• Prepare installation sequence & micro schedule for facade elements according to drawings.
• Coordinate with Main Contractor and Subcontractors on site matters and quality issues.
• Monitor and update daily project/site progress reports and maintain site records.
• Arrange & coordinate site testing and inspections with vendors and responsible third parties.
• Manage and plan site materials and equipment deliveries for efficient resource use.
• Assist in timely submission of materials samples and mock-ups for approval.

Job description

Assist Project Manager to oversee all daily construction activities on site to meet project progress and quality goals.

• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance to QA/QC requirements
• Convey proper instructions to subcontractors to ensure all installation works are executed in accordance with approved construction drawings details
• To manage construction difficulties, safety risk and other technical issues
• Prepare installation sequence & micro schedule for respective façade elements according to construction drawings
• Coordinate with Main Contractor, Subcontractors on all matters pertaining to site installation and quality issues
• Monitor and update daily project/site progress report
• Maintain proper records of Site Inspection Reports, materials deliveries and site activities
• Arrange & Coordinate Site Testing and Inspections with Vendors and RTO/RE
• Manage and plan site materials and equipment delivery to ensure efficient use of resources
• To assist Project Manager in timely submission of materials samples and mock-up for approval

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in Alum and Glazing Design site engineer works.
