Job summary

yf design & build pte. ltd. is seeking a proactive Site Coordinator to manage and monitor multiple construction projects in Singapore.

You will coordinate daily site activities, liaise with clients and vendors, and ensure safety and quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. Ideal candidates bring strong MS Office skills, on-site experience, and the ability to travel as needed. You will support procurement, reporting, and handover documentation to guarantee smooth project

Qualifications

• Willingness to work on-site and travel as required for project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate daily site activities and escalate risks or delays promptly.
• Conduct site measurements, inspections, and progress assessments to verify work accuracy.
• Ensure works are executed according to approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
• Resolve site issues and coordinate rectification work to maintain project quality and timelines.
• Prepare detailed site reports, inspection records, and progress updates for clear stakeholder communication.
• Liaise with clients, landlords, and building management to secure access and approvals for project execution.
• Coordinate subcontractors and on-site teams while conducting safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Perform quality checks on workmanship and materials to uphold project standards.
• Assist in procurement, sourcing, and quotation coordination to support project requirements.
• Support project handover by ensuring all deliverables are completed and documented accurately.

• Excellent project management, communication, and problem‑solving skills to manage project complexities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure efficient resource allocation
• Knowledge of workplace safety and construction regulations to support compliance efforts
