Job summary

SCS Global Professionals (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore provides payroll outsourcing and advisory services. We are seeking a payroll professional to join our service delivery team, handling end-to-end payroll processing and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will liaise with local statutory authorities on pension, tax, and related matters, prepare payroll reports, and maintain data confidentiality. Prior experience in Singapore payroll and familiarity with payroll software are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant Singapore payroll experience and skills.
• Proficient in payroll software with hands-on experience managing the full payroll process.
• Analytical and inquisitive mindset to identify and resolve payroll issues effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and with varied skillsets.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong time-management skills to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Experience in payroll outsourcing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing by inputting data, calculating wages, deductions, and taxes to ensure accurate payroll execution.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll-related payments to employees.
• Prepare and reconcile payroll reports to verify accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Respond promptly and accurately to payroll-related inquiries from clients to maintain service quality.
• Monitor and interpret relevant employment legislation, tax regulations, and statutory requirements to maintain compliance.
• Prepare detailed payroll reports for management and government agencies as required to support transparency and audit readiness.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of payroll data and information to protect client and employee privacy.
