Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Payroll Executive to join our HR team in Singapore, focusing on accurate and timely payroll operations.

You will manage monthly and ad-hoc payroll, verify data, prepare reports, support audits, and ensure compliance with CPF and tax regulations. Strong Excel and HRIS experience preferred.

Applicants should have a diploma and 5+ years of payroll experience in high-volume environments.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR, business administration, accounting, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of payroll processing experience in high-volume environments.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Excel and HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly and ad-hoc payroll processing including salary and bonuses.
• Verify data, prepare reports, and obtain payment approvals.
• Process employee claims and reimbursements accurately.
• Support payroll audits and respond to audit queries.
• Ensure timely CPF submissions and regulatory filings.
• Participate in payroll system enhancements and UAT.
• Maintain confidential payroll records with high accuracy.
