Job summary

Wanco Manpower Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced payroll professional for a 12-month contract based in Woodlands. You will manage end-to-end payroll for Singapore, including regular and off-cycle payroll, and handle time and attendance, leave and reconciliations.

The role requires strong knowledge of Singapore CPF and IR21, plus experience with SAP Payroll or Workday. You will liaise with HR and Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll, CPF and IR21.
• Experience in payroll reconciliation and attendance processing.
• Familiarity with SAP Payroll or Workday preferred.
• Experience in UAT, payroll system projects or process improvements is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and stakeholder management.
• MNC/semiconductor/high-volume payroll experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Singapore payroll processing, including regular and off-cycle payroll.
• Manage time & attendance, overtime, leave and payroll validation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on payroll experience, preferably end-to-end payroll.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll, CPF and IR21 requirements.
• Experience in payroll reconciliation, time & attendance and employee lifecycle processing.
• Familiarity with SAP Payroll and/or Workday is highly preferred.
• Experience in UAT, payroll system implementation or process improvement is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and stakeholder management.
