Job summary

KIWI SPRINGS DISTRIBUTION PTE. LTD. is hiring to drive Singapore’s modern trade KA and convenience store channels. You will independently manage major supermarket chains, convenience networks, and retail terminals, aiming for sales growth and channel expansion.

The role requires at least 3 years of local FMCG channel experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work under targets. English is essential, Chinese is a plus, and valid work eligibility in Singapore is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Singapore local FMCG channel sales experience.
• Familiar with major supermarkets and convenience store chains in Singapore.
• Proficient in English; basic Chinese preferred.
• Singapore Citizen, PR, or holders with valid working eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Singapore modern trade KA and convenience store channels.
• Negotiate product listings, shelf placement, promotions, and store entry.
• Formulate channel sales plans and achieve monthly/annual targets.
• Organize in-store promotions and product launches to boost turnover.
• Collect market dynamics and output regular market analysis reports.
