KIWI SPRINGS DISTRIBUTION PTE. LTD. is hiring to drive Singapore’s modern trade KA and convenience store channels. You will independently manage major supermarket chains, convenience networks, and retail terminals, aiming for sales growth and channel expansion.

The role requires at least 3 years of local FMCG channel experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work under targets. English is essential, Chinese is a plus, and valid work eligibility in Singapore is required.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for the overall development, listing negotiation, account maintenance and sales growth of Singapore key account supermarkets and convenience store channels. The candidate will independently manage major supermarket chains, convenience networks and retail terminal operations, and achieve company annual sales and channel expansion targets.

Key Responsibilities

• 1.Develop and manage Singapore modern trade KA channels and convenience store channels, including NTUC FairPrice, Cold Storage, Giant, and mainstream convenience chain outlets.
• 2.Conduct buyer communication, product listing negotiation, shelf placement negotiation, promotion scheme docking, and complete brand official store entry and long-term co-operation.
• 3.Formulate channel sales plans, achieve monthly and annual sales targets, continuously expand terminal coverage and improve product shelf rate and market share.
• 4.Responsible for key account daily maintenance, order follow-up, inventory monitoring, sales data analysis, and regular account business review.
• 5.Organize and implement in-store promotions, channel activation activities and new product launch plans to boost terminal turnover.
• 6.Collect local market dynamics, competitor pricing, promotion strategies and channel feedback, output regular market analysis reports and provide operational optimization suggestions.
• 7.Standardize channel operation processes, assist in sorting channel policy standards, and maintain stable and healthy development of regional retail channels.

Job Requirements

• 1.Minimum 3 years Singapore local FMCG channel sales experience; candidates with beverage, bottled water or fast-moving consumer goods KA channel experience are highly preferred.
• 2.Familiar with the entry process and operation logic of Singapore mainstream supermarkets and convenience store chains; existing buyer resources are a strong advantage.
• 3.Possess professional sales negotiation ability, channel operation capability and target-oriented execution.
• 4.Proficient in English for daily business communication; basic conversational Chinese is preferred.
• 5.Independent, proactive, able to bear sales pressure and complete channel expansion independently.
• 6.Singapore Citizen, PR, or holders with valid Singapore working eligibility.

Salary & Benefits

• 1.Fixed Monthly Salary: SGD 6,000 – 8,000 (based on candidate’s experience & existing channel resources)
